he story tell about a Christmas gift from a stranger who helping a kid in danger while the children have an accident on the road . The kid name called Daisy ,one day she going to the bakery shop she want to buy a cake for the Christmas eve for celebrating with her family . Before , Daisy going to the shop she see a kitten near by to the bakery shop then she want to catch the kitten but the kitten run away then suddenly a red car coming out the kitten having danger .Daisy ,want to rescue the kitten almost get in danger on the road but finally have one person quickly come out and protect her . Introduction
In this world, many young people suffer from depression and anxiety. Their mental health
problems are the main point that needs to be taken care of. Nowadays, many young people
feel anxious about their relationships, careers, and beauty, which affects their physical and
mental health. Most young people suffering from depression live in a dark world of
confinement, not eating or drinking, thinking too much, committing suicide, overeating, etc.
I think this proposal can help those who need it and guide those young people who do not
have this psychological problem to teach them how to help their family and friends who
suffer from depression.Then, it is essential to focus the mental health challenge that many
people face today . Absolutely , anxiety and depression can be more weak and worse impact
to many person life including their relationship work and well -being .It have a lot help
resources such as therapy , counselling , self help tool and support group therefore for
youngster to understanding there is not shame to asking for help for their mental health
problem .

Depression is a mental health condition will effect millions of people include youngster .
Therefore , according to the recent of depression study is increasing for the young people
they get some experience such as moody , loss interest , sleep and many more . This project
is to raise awareness about the depression between youngster and give them for help and
support to managing their mental health effectively . In addition , the project will aim to how
to educate young people about the sign of depression , encourage them to ask for help ,
provide some help resources for them .This project will look into the aged from 12-26 above
who are risk or have experience the system of the depression . Furthermore , the poster
design is a visual design to raise awareness about the depression , the book will provide
some information about symptom and option of treatment . Thirdly , notebook will give
them to track their mood and feeling therefore a social media campaign to promote the
positive message to all follower . In conclusion , to addressing depression between for the
young people this project will aim and improve their overall well being and help them o lead
their mental health to fulfil lives . Give them a right tool to help them to managing their
mental health symptom .
